Fully Furnished Home Rental

Rent the Inn as a Fully Furnished Home Rental, with a minimum stay of 1 month, and a maximum stay of 3 months. Please inquire if you are needing a stay that is longer than 3 months.

As a full rental, you would be renting the full house.

The rental includes the following:

• 7 Bedrooms (Rooms 1 through 6)
• Rooms 1 through 4 each have 1 Queen Bed, a full ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV
• Room 5 is a 3 level room which includes 1 King Sized Bed, a full ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, a flat screen TV and a sitting area with gas fireplace.
• Room 6 is a full apartment rental which includes its own kitchen, bathroom and 2 Queen beds.
• The Main Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven and microwave along with dinnerware and cookware.
• Dining Room with a gas fireplace and a large dining table for 8 plus a small table for 2.
• Living Room with a gas fireplace.
• Washing Machine and 2 Dryers.
• Large gated back courtyard gazebo.
• 3 Parking spaces.
• Security System with Video Surveillance

Sorry, this is strictly no pets and no smoking.

The monthly rental rate is $7500/month, including cable, internet and alarm system.

– The Check In and the Check Out dates that you are inquiring for
– The number of Adult guests and the number and ages of Minors that would be staying in the home
– Confirmation that there are no pets and that all guests are non smokers or understand that any guests that do smoke would need to go off property
– Please make sure to also include the name and phone number of the primary guest
