Guest Rooms & Rates
Each of our Rooms have a full, private ensuite bathroom within the room, and include flat screen cable tv and wireless internet.
Rooms 1 thru 5 are adult only and have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Breakfast service is included each morning for guests of Rooms 1 thru 5. Room 6 is our family friendly full apartment rental, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Breakfast service is not available for bookings of Room 6.
Room 1 – Courtyard & Garden View
Get a restful nights sleep in this room’s Four-Poster Queen Sized Bed. This room has a set of screened French Doors that open out to a small step out balcony that looks out across the back courtyard and garden. En-suite bathroom with bathtub & shower combo. This room does have an air conditioning unit.

Room 2 – Cozy & Romantic
This room has been tastefully decorated with turn of the century furnishings, fixtures and moldings, including a Queen-Sized Louis Phillipe Sleigh Bed. A set of stained glass French Doors can be opened for added light & fresh air. En-suite bathroom with a shower. This room does have an air conditioning unit.

Room 3 – Courtyard & Garden Stairway
Room 3 is ideal for singles as it is our smallest room, though it does provide the unique benefit of having access to the back courtyard directly from the room so is a preferred room for some couples. We recently renovated this room with new furnishings, tv, and a custom Queen Bed (is the length of a double bed, but the width of a queen bed). The en suite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and a small window for added light. This room does have air conditioning. A set of screened french doors provide direct access from the room to the back patio, a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

Room 4 – Grand Bedroom
Room 4 is located on the second level of the house and offers charm and warmth. Step up into the 18th Century Four-Poster Queen Sized Bed. A set of opaque leaded-glass French Doors add to the charm of the room when closed, and can be opened up for some added fresh air and light. This room includes an En-suite bathroom with bathtub & shower combo and also has an air conditioning unit.

Room 5 – Loft King Room
Our most spacious room, Room 5 is the ideal choice for those that are looking for more privacy, a romantic getaway or a cozy escape from fall or winter rainy weather. This room is set over 2 levels. The main level has a sitting area with flat screen tv. The second level has a sitting area with a gas fireplace and a King-Sized Bed. Take a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi bathtub. The bathroom is spacious and bright room with both a skylight and a set of Screened French Doors that can be opened up for added fresh air. This room also includes air conditioning.

Room 6 – Full Apartment with 2 Queen Beds
This room is the ideal choice for a small family or for the business traveler that wants a bit more personal space and privacy.
This is a fully self contained apartment located on the lower floor of the Inn.
This Room is family friendly, so is not adult only as in the upper B&B Rooms, and has a larger maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Breakfast service is not included or available for Room 6 bookings, however, the room has a full kitchen, which includes a stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is also equipped with dinnerware, cutlery, pots & pans and other kitchenware items. This is a great way to save money during your vacation as guests are able to prepare certain meals, such as breakfasts and lunches, in the apartment.
Room 6 has 2 Queen Beds. The first bed is located in the bright & cheerful back bedroom, which also includes a flat screen tv and 2 large windows that open out to the back courtyard. The second bed is located in the main living area, which also has a lounging area and a flat screen tv. Room 6 has a full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.

Parking
We do have 3 parking spaces available at the Inn. Please note that the availability of a parking space must be confirmed in advance. If a parking space is available at the time of your inquiry, we will reserve it for you. Parking is complimentary as long as it is available and reserved in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 full days in advance of the Check In date are fully refundable. Cancellations made less then 7 full days in advance of the Check In date are fully non refundable. It is recommended that guests purchase travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage in the event that a short notice cancellation becomes necessary.
